Las Marianas' story is really Rosa Marina's story. Through a combination of passion for cooking and a love for her family, Las Marianas was born.
Serving food from her native Guatemala, Rosa opened a restaurant in Oakland's Fruitvale neighborhood. After a huge rent increase caused her restaurant to close, Rosa was determined to keep Las Marianas running. And thus, Las Marianas Food Truck was born.
